Technical data:
- Hardness of knife body: 24-26 HRC
Tolerance: ±2 HRC - Hardness of cutting edge: ca. 50 HRC
Tolerance: ±2 HRC - Cutting edge: AE (single edged) or AD (double edged)
Note:
From our own experience based on internal punching tests as well as feedback from customer's, we have learned that an increase of thickness from 2 mm to 2,5 mm produces a cleaner and more precise cutting pattern. Our serrated steel is only availabe in high-frequency hardened steel and thus indicates a 40% longer tool life than normal hardened steel.
